Abstract:
Improving the adaptability of workforce aims over both the
employees’ interest and also of the employers, so that the work recruiting has
to be accomplished on advantageous and competitive conditions for both
sides, having positive effects over the economical and social life, generally.
Establishing the labor market was a very actively process. The legislation
regarding the individual labor contracts, the collective labor contracts, the
general framework for the activities between the social partners, the labor
management, the syndicates’ activity, the employers’ associations and of the
tripartite dialogue bodies was covered. A system of social protection of
employees and of protection the employer’s interests was carried out, such
as: assuring the minimal gross income on country level, maximizing the
number of work hours, minimizing the resting time, the individual and
collective dismissals, the right of employer for organizing the activity, the
right of employers of applying disciplinary measures to the employees.
Within this context, on our demarche we have in view many aspects of the
adaptability for entrepreneurs and personnel over the Romanian economy.
