Influenţa unor factori tehnologici asupra calităţii producţiei la varza cultivată în sistem ecologic

Abstract

The contaminant from agro alimentary products is represented by any substance deliberately or not intentionally added as a result of the production or environment contamination. The contaminants level found in the cabbage is maintained at a low value by applying good agricultural practices during all technological links. The maximum levels for the contaminants are stated through veterinary/sanitary and food safety standards from Romania (Dispositions 1145/27.10.2005 and 12/10/2005) and regulations and norms of European Commission (466/2001 and 2375/201).
