Abstract:
The contaminant from agro alimentary products is represented by any
substance deliberately or not intentionally added as a result of the
production or environment contamination. The contaminants level found in
the cabbage is maintained at a low value by applying good agricultural
practices during all technological links. The maximum levels for the
contaminants are stated through veterinary/sanitary and food safety
standards from Romania (Dispositions 1145/27.10.2005 and 12/10/2005)
and regulations and norms of European Commission (466/2001 and
2375/201).
