dc.description.abstract The paper describes a provisional technology of capitalization of liquid wine yeasts as fertilizers for grapevines. Every year in the country from 100 wine enterprises are accumulated about 16,000 tons of liquid wine yeasts. They are discharged into the environment (what is prohibited), causing damage to aquatic basins and soil. As a result of the scientific investigations, has been found that liquid wine yeasts must be included in the agricultural circuit by using them as a fertilizers. en_US
