Abstract

The decisions which can appear in this case are the one bounded by: special demand, the subpress respective the addition of a product, and, at last but not at least, the product acquisition or manufacture. The first decision type is the one which, for the product manufactured by the enterprise appear, for the last one, a situation called „especially demand”. This one intervene when the enterprise's production capacity is not use at maximum, looks a certain quantity of product from the existent range and suppose the existence of a determined price which can be, as level, under the normal price used currently. The enterprise's policy looking its products mean, also, the following of the moment in which, one or more products becomes out – of – date. Beginning with this moment, their contribution at the turnover and finally, at the profit is registering a lower level because of the sales decreasement. The product addition decision at the existent one can be made under the impact of motives bounded by the economic or researching activities developed by the enterprise. The product acquisition or manufacture it is a frequent decision for the case of the enterprises with manufacture integrated process and make reference at the fact that the enterprise can buy or manufacture a certain component of the final product. For the one or the other of the two alternatives the managers will proceed at the analysis of the costs and incomes which correspond to each one.
