Principii de bază în agricultura ecologică

Abstract

The protection of the environment became one of the whole problems of the world. Average crisis is a crisis of a survival. Protection of the environment of the all activities doesn't more constitute today just an element of debate to different conferences or lectures round tables. We assist in last years to the manifestations of important preoccupations to the world even in what looks the integration of protective average requirements in all strategies and the politics elaborated in economic sphere and not only that. The principles of ecologic agriculture can be find in the principles of the ecology, science which study’s the interrelation between the organisms and environment. In practical terms, this means that the ecologic agriculture finds this inspirit and learn from the natural ecosystems. The goals of the ecologic agriculture could be resumed like below: to avoid all the forms of pollution incite to the level products and to the environment level; to maintain the natural fertility of the soils by assuring in a durable manner the food security of the planet; to permit to the farmers a decent levels of the life; to produce foods and agriculture products in sufficient amounts and to a qualitative proper level of which depends the health of the consumers; the use of renewable resources in production and processing systems; the protection of plant and wildlife habitats; the enhancement of natural biodiversity; the responsible use of water; the support of the establishment of an integrated cultivating system that will contribute to the creation of a socially just and environmentally responsible processing and distribution chain.
