Unele aspecte privind dezvoltarea producţiei agricole în zona preorăşenească a municipiului Oradea

Abstract

The agricultural market dimension represents the essential point of the evolution scenario of the European agricultural economy. Maybe the demand of the community market won’t be as decisive as its positioning comparing to the international market. At present, the market of communitary agricultural products isn’t totally free and prices are not established upon the mechanisms between the demand and the offer, because the community production is mainly dedicated to self consumption, in an well-protected system. The location of the case study is represented by the surrounding area of the Oradea city, that covers 29 localities, out of which 7 are parishes and 22 are villages. The total surface of the area covers 594,63 km2, out of which a surface of 429 km2 represents agricultural land, with a percentage of 75 % of arable field. Also, the animal husbandry is well-represented. By analyzing natural and social-economic conditions, we studied the level of favourable conditions for plant-growing and animal husbandry, and also the assurance of labour and the economic development of the area. In this area, there will be transposed into practice some development measures of the agriculture accordingly to the E.U. regulations and standards.
