Contribuţia programelor şi instrumentelor comunitare la formarea resurselor financiare destinate protecţiei mediului în România

Abstract

Lasting utilization of natural resources represents a key objective for Romania and can be reached by integrating the environment protection and nature preservation within the sector’s politics. This integration is extremely important in fields as using the terrains, rural development, lasting utilization of water resources, the management of waste and environment security, as well as regional and human settlements development and territory planning. Lately, in this way, there were obviously carried out important financial efforts. Within our demarche, we aim for disclosing some certain reference points, by emphasizing the contribution of community’s programs and instruments over forming the financial resources intended for environmental protection.
