dc.description.abstract The researches which are the present work paper object was performed to I.C.D.O.C. Palas – Constanta, it was used like biological material 20 sheep from Palas milk production specialized population, maintain in permanently stabulation by 215 days. During the performed researches the sheep given feed ration had used the volume forage (maize forage silo whole plant harvesting to the milk-wax stage and Lucerne hay) and concentrate forage (maze grains and soy oil meal). Based on calculated forage standards depending on sheep physiological stage, it was made the feed rations for each individually category. Based on crude chemical composition and on the digestibility coefficients from specialized literature, it had calculated the nutritive value of the forages, which are included in sheep, feed rations. In order to emphasizing the capitalization percent of given food for dairy production, it has calculated sheep feed consumption during the lactation: dry matter, energy, protein, calcium and phosphorus consumption /sheep/day, dry matter consumption/100 kg live weight and dry matter consumption/metabolic weight, energy and protein consumption/milk litre and on dry substance kilo from milk, energy and protein consumption/fat and protein kilo from milk. Nutritive matter consumption/sheep/day and for milk and for its components synthesis too, has values which show an efficient and constant utilization of energetic substances (expressed by UNL) but especially of protein substances from forages (expressed by PDIN and PDIN) by animal body used for milk production. en_US
