Abstract:
In order to obtain microbian antagonists ten bacteria strains have
been isolated. The strains isolation were made from nature: fromcereals,
medicinal plants, weeds, etc. There were selected, four strains of Bacillus
subtilis, wich had a strong antagonistic effect on the pathogenic bacterias
(50-80%) after the tests made on vine and vegetables. The strains having a
high rate of spotrulation, as spore has the capacity of releasing antibacterial
lipoprotein substances with antibiotic function. The effect of the microbian
antagonists has been studied in the laboratory against some strains of
Ervinia carotovora, Xanthomonas campestris, Xanthomonas phaseoli,
Agrobacterium tumefaciens, etc. Antagonists obtained from microbial
cultures of Bacillus subtilis have important advantage of having also the rol
as biostimulators on the plants, comparatively to the controls.
